As someone who is a jirai, down to the mental illness, this video is incorrect, yes, we do tend to have meltdowns, but not over every tiny thing, and not everyone who dresses in jirai kei is mentally ill or a sex worker

The information regarding the personality trait characteristics in the video is good but there are many jirai girls who dress normally too. The dress code mentioned is a bit stereotypical. They will often be emotionally unstable, overly-sensitive about their appearance, very needy, will become very upset or have meltdowns over small or trivial matters, and will often display dangerously unpredictable behaviour.
