mike was probably genuinely pissed about that more than the kid, nobody brought a gun as there was literally 0 need for one, they couldnt kill any witnesses,(ones they accounted for, a civilian on the road/the conductor) threfore theoretically there was 0 need for a gun and if he didnt bring one the kid would be alive obviously

If Mike didn’t get killed the whole story onwards would’ve been a whole lot better and “concrete” I believe even if before his death he was going to “walk away” we know damn well either Hank, Walter or Todd would’ve forced his hand
