@MichaelAruba

I know I'd want Timmy's career. No drama, no major highs or lows. Just consistently winning and dominating others at his position.

@cashmoney6935

One of those debates where either answer is acceptable

@pimpinb11

I got Kobe because Tim never had to endure years with terrible teams like Kobe did in 05-07, yet Kobe’s career is still basically on par with his. Not to mention Kobe has a winning record against him in the playoffs, including the 08 series without Shaq where Kobe absolutely torched him and the Spurs. It’s close, and I wouldn’t be mad at anyone saying Tim, but yeah give me Kobe.

@davismichaud507

Duncan thrived off the big man era. But it’s Kobe who dominated through his years of playing.

@aaronhutchinson885

Without question. It's Duncan. It was his Era. Never won less than 50 games in a full season. Kobe had more Flash, but he's at worst a top 5/6 player..IMO

@andregardiner3071

Career is easily Duncan never missed the playoffs, championship in his second year, same amount of rings, more fmvps, more reg szn mvp, plenty longevity and didn’t get much hate

@acealvarez1038

If you're looking at consistency and record, it's Duncan. If you're looking at the narrative and who faced more adversity, it's Kobe.

@musicum22

Kobe was a 9-time first team all defensive team selection. Most all time. Timmy was 8. But Timmy has more total defensive teams.

@jd87926

Duncan by far. Love Kobe, RIP. Duncan had a better career.

@unclebean9226

Kobe is a legend and that’s forever…people under 30yrs old have never heard of Tim Duncan his career memories are faded away just like all the other Hall of Famers people have forgotten about…so the correct answer is Kobe!!!

@MOCskoden

Tim Duncan vs Kobe Bryant career

championships: tied
finals mvps: Duncan
MVPs: Duncan
1st teams: Kobe
all-nba totals: Tied
1st defense: Kobe
all-nba defense: Duncan
all-stars: Kobe
all-star MVPs: Kobe
gold medals: Kobe
Winning %: Duncan
Postseason: Duncan
rings won w/o all-star teammate: Tied
greatest of their position: Duncan

edge goes to Tim Duncan

@stevenellis99

The only case for Duncan is “never missed the playoffs”. That’s literally it. Which is so goofy. Kobe had awful teams 25% of his career. Duncan had great teams 100% of his career. And since when do we grade players based on their TEAMS floor?😂
Kobe vs Duncan is the silliest debate that has arisen out of nowhere over the last few years.

@AveryB.0

Duncan had a better "career" in totality. I would say Bryant reached a higher peak and off the court its not close in terms of impact and fan love

@chris75313

Duncan for sure. People forget how terrible those last years were for Kobe.

@srpsbb2000

Me, as a low key guy, i would have preferred duncans career, same coach, same core, just won, small market, no drama, no headaches. I once saw duncan in a grocery store and he walked around like a normal person, a 6-10 normal person. Kobe was a superstar, everyone wanted a piece, tons of drama playing for the lakers and being their #1

@_robsanders

Respect to Duncan, but I got Kobe. Kobe was an icon before he passed and still is afterwards. I’m going Kobe.

@thabanidube7314

Tim Duncan won a championship as a rookie and was finals mvp as a rookie, therefore it's Tim Duncan

@MoePape

Duncan- Better career
Kobe- Better player

@BenniekdaReal

Kobe easily. Man came close to 3-peating twice like MJ. He’s an icon. There were people balling up paper in office cubicles yelling “Kobeee” before shooting at the waste basket. Not “Duncannn”. Stop playing.

@itsgl00my88

I'll hear a Kobe argument, but to me it's Tim pretty easy. I got Tim 5, damn near 4th and Kobe 7th or 8th.
