We all have pain but it never lasts forever. This feeling really reminds you of how far you have come in your life. It brings back memories, good ones and the bad ones. No matter what kind of experience you have made, they all made you the person you are right now. The day before yesterday, late at night (around 2am), I couldn't sleep, so I went on my rooftop and played this on repeat for an hour or so. I was walking and thinking about the nature of my consciousness. Now listening to this again brings those feelings back. We are all so different, yet still the same. We all share many similar moments like this but are unaware of them. This is the bond between you and me. This feeling!

Sometimes, late at night. I would stay up in my bed thinking about everything that's going on in my life. Am I making the right decisions? Am I getting any closer to my goals/dreams? Will the people who are in my life now play key parts in my story? Will I live up to the incredible standards that I set my self? Will I be remembered for the positive changes I made? Would the world be a better place with me in it or not? Just deep questions I often think of before going to bed. Been doing this since I was five, and I am thirty now. This song feels like it would be playing in my head when I have these thoughts. I just hope I am becoming the man I needed when I was growing up. I want to make the inner child in me proud of how far I've come.
