@YanKMediaWorks

FX Artist for VOEZ, Lanota and Cytus II here, thank you for featuring our work ;) As a motion designer and rhythm game player this is just beautiful, keep up the good work!

@Platitudinous9000

oh this is SUCH a great format to show off the looks of different rhythm games. fucking love it

@Fanaticalight

Holy crap, I didn't expect a rhythm game-style video from 4096. The flow and transitions between the various rhythm games are so mesmerizing to watch. Not to mention the special touches like added sound effects, the VR shake in the Beat Saber clip, all while still keeping a consistent monochromatic art style. This is art. Pure art.

@Sagi.Baten.Kaitos

>a rhythm game compilation remembers Rhythm Heaven exists
you're a real one, 2^12

@7thBeatGames

Thanks for featuring our games! Incredible video and genius transitions ❤️

@DolanDarker

Yet another W to add to the collection

@Atellas

That Beat Saber part was genuinely incredible. I would kill for a noir theme like that in the game.

@きゃらくたぁ製作所

まさかビートセイバーが来るとは思わんかった
此処までVRゲーを違和感なく突っ込むのは流石

@QuilloManar

The fact you got the unavoidable VR head wobble in the Beat Saber segment makes this go from brilliant to legendary!

@Mockermay

As a rhythm game player and touhou fan this brings smile to my face

@PixelCherries

Okay the choice to have bad apple as the song so that you only need to use black and white is genius. I love this so much, all the transitions are so smooth

@ryu6376

BadAppleの白黒で色々な音ゲーを繋げてみようって発想になるのが天才すぎる

@RevenantIsHere

Probably the most clever bad apple rendition I’ve seen. It’s too perfect

@WaffleCat1049

I love how in this, it's not just the visuals of the game, but you can hear the audio cues of games that have them in the background. The drums of taiko, the silly Trombone Champ horn sound, the slashes of Beat Saber and so much more. I absolutely LOVE this.

@ChristopherMoom

The dedication to the variety of rhythm games (and the visuals of each game too) is crazy dude, I guess you could say 4096 tried to make sure they didn't miss a beat

Each segment flows into the next so nicely, and that Beat Saber clip at 1:33 is sick

@Nusiza

まさかJust Shapes and Beatsも入ってくると思わんくて、ただでさえこの動画のクオリティに感動してたのに、好きなゲーム出てきてテンション爆上がりやわ!

@koala.symphony

This is such an incredible love letter to rhythm games. I’ve been subscribed for a while because as an editor myself, I’ve always appreciated how perfectly your transitions flow with the beat of the music in all of your videos. So it makes sense that you’re also an avid rhythm game fan, yet it’s still quite a surprise to see such a well made homage to one of my favorite genres. (Also I absolutely love the WACCA shoutout, probably my favorite rhythm game period and yet it is so underrated.) This is such a good video and I’m going to watch it a hundred times now thank you
