Those chorizo looked mouthwateringly delicious… and that salsa verde with avocado looked good too, but I would have left them out of the salsa and just added them separately. I can tomatillo salsa every year and we can barely keep up. This year I’m growing my own, plus I’m growing a purple variety with purple hot peppers… can’t wait!!!
