@jhonma5122

A treaty that lets you keep your nuclear bombs, while others can't sign. BS.

@NYN_000

N Treaty is: "We have already developed N, now we will not allow you to do it!"

@Applied_Theory

Two nuclear states bombed a non-nuclear state on suspicion that it may be intending to become a nuclear state.

@reardelt

America - "We will sanction anybody who develops nukes"
India - "Yea right buddy"

@TheChosen2030

Israel already possess these.

@robrodell

What was Jeff Goldblum's classic line in Jurassic Park?: "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."

Robert Oppenheimer's quote from the Bhagavad Gita has never been more true: Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.....

@mohamedbjalloh502

Where is the Gaza documentary....

@chamilajla17

They are the one who did the horrific killing and now they are trying to stop other countries from doing it. How ironic.

@Tuku_1902

We have lighter in our hand while sitting on a gasoline 😢 May peace prevail

@moucli

What is the level of studity required to sign such an agreement

@farisjohan6468

War is inevitable, but at least fight it in a fair way, without nuclear bombs

@rauldomingo3113

The NPT (though well meaning) has created an imbalance from the very beginning. You have the "Haves" and the "Have nots". This imbalance cannot stand. If there is no disarmament, then nations should be able to develop nuclear security on their own. North Korea (a piddly little nuisance of a state) has secured its regime forever because it has nuclear weapons. So, Iran is rightfully racing to have its own form of nuclear security guarantees. If Ukraine kept its nuclear weapons would Russia have readily invaded it in February 22, 2022? No. So, so there you have it...

@uncommon_name9337

You left out states that are more than capable of making the bomb but just don't feel like it.

@jaydev8148

India the only country which devloped Nuclear weapon on its own

@s3quattro10

Is this the first time the BBC has actually acknowledged that 🇮🇱 has nukes. 🤷‍♂️ they have recent said they could t be sure, even though they have seen photos. This one slipped through the editing desk

@simphiwentshangase7136

As a South African, I'll be forever angry that we gave up our nuclear weapons in the name of goodwill.

As a consequently Africa doesn't have a nuclear state, which makes us as a continent an easy walkover, as we see currently. I hope this imbalance will be corrected in this lifetime.

@UndilutedTruth_

It’s a lie. Hisrahell said they had been planning the attack for more than a year and when it was time they asked US to negotiate with Iran then asked IAEA to declare that Iran has violated whatever agreement and they rushed to carry out the ata k the next day which Iran did well and retaliated in a strong way that led hisrahell to request for a ceasefire. Note: hisrahel has yet to achieved its goal of regime change bud had to request for ceasefire because their structures and buildings were getting destroyed at very high rate . Something they have never experienced

It was a well laid out plan by Hisrahell and USA but Iran surprised them . Though Iran got hit but Hisrahell never expected they would get hit severely !

The lesson/ bottom line: no country should joke with its defense ! Invest in it, else some warmongers will force you to let go of your natural resource and pride!

@franklinchinasi1226

What about South Sudan? It hasn't signed the NPT yet.

@smburton8338

The standard of journalism from bbc world service is so much higher than regular bbc news.

@gabiinc.6636
