Can say this tip does help and helped me from duffing, just need to work in weight shifting along with this so you weight isnt stagnant
I started trying this on the range by accident the other day, and realized I was compressing the ball a lot better. It's just a matter of not trying to shift laterally too far forward and catching the ball too early
So, the way I fixed it was, firstly, I got pants that fit me. secondly, I started hitting my long clubs almost exactly like my shorter 7-9 irons. And pretty much 40:60
Watched grants video on this and tried it on the range only hit like 6 out of probably 45 badly or inconsistent. Game changer

I've always wondered if twisting on the front foot heal rather than keeping front foot planted is to save damage to front knee?.. more so with driver swing. Eg Phil Mickelson / scottie scheffler
