Prometheus. Not the hero we deserve. But the hero we need.
Zeus:why do the humans have fire Prometheus: whouldnt you like to know weather boy
Fun fact:when Hercules had do his 12 labors, one of them was to kill the bird that attacked prometheus every day, after Prometheus was freed, Zeus didn't imprison him again since Hercules was his son and probably reputation, so Prometheus was saved by Hercules
'Chill Zeus bro, it was just a prank'
Brometheus, the First Bro.
Poor Prometheus, he just wanted to protect his children
So, let me get this straight - - Prometheus means "Foresight"? - He and his brother joins the Gods to defeat the Titans - Prometheus creates humans and later gives them "Fire" (Or the means to no longer need the Gods) - He is imprisoned and tortured - Later he is freed by the son of the one who locked him up - Centuries/Millennia have passed and humans almost no longer worship the Greek pantheon - Greek Gods now seen as nothing more than myth and legend Did this Chad just play the long game in bringing down the Greek Gods?
Prometheus is best dad
Screw raiding Area 51, lets save the bro Prometheus
The Greek gods are so petty. They're more human than humans. Prometheus acts more like a god than Zeus.
0:50 🥺 he shapes that human’s face so tenderly,,,
Wow, he was a true hero. He gave everything. He never regretted his acts as they helped so many lives, even in his eternal anguish.
Prometheus seems like the best mix between an older brother and a dad.
Prometheus got released when Hercules had to do his 12 labors
What's interesting is the liver actually does have amazing regenerative properties. It's said you can lose up to 49% (about half of your liver) and have the entire thing grow back.
"wounded his pride" More like wounded his massive ego.
what make prometheus extra admirable is that he must've had the foresight to know what his fate would be if he defied zeus, yet he does it anyway because that's how much he care for humanity.
The animation is so so so good! <3
