Kootenai County Canfield mountain is in a neighborhood in Coeur d' Alene Idaho an is a popular day hiking trail. The man deliberately started a fire and called for fire assistance. He shot several hikers wounding them and shot and killed 2 firefighters and wonded another firefighter. The shooter was found dead with a self inflicted head wound. The panhandle is the only part of Idaho that is Pacific standard time. I live here. It is absolutely devastating to our community. Please pray for the fallen and their families and the other's injured. This is not something that we thought would ever happen here.
