Whoever reads this, life is better than it seems. Even the worst situations have a silver lining. Thinking about it all the time doesn't fix anything. Let it happen, deal with it, move on. It's okay to get help or take medicine. Don't let anyone control your happiness. Just be a good person. You deserve better IF you just stay strong and stay nice.

I used to take my kids out on the (covered) deck with me at night when it was pouring rain, put them on my lap wrapped in a cozy blanket, and just sit and feel it all. If it was daytime, I'd get them in warm clothes, raincoats, and rain boots and we'd go puddle stompin'. Didn't matter how wet or dirty we got, none of us cared, just enjoyed it. I sure miss those days, but this video reminds me of those times and I thank you for that and for helping us all SLEEP. Thanks to all for the kind words in the comments, they do make a difference.

This makes me remember a summer where I was working on a camping place here in Sweden with over 10 thousand people staying there and living throughout the summers. One night there was a record breaking thunderstorm, and me and two of my co-workers were watching the lightshow out on the ocean from the beach under roof in the dark. If I remember correctly there was over ten thousand lightening strikes that night all over the east coast of Sweden. It was awe-inspiring to watch that out on the ocean and the memory always soothes my mind. Listening to this takes me back to that night every time and helps me sleep.

Anyone that makes these take note. The black screen is the cherry on the top. Most others the screen stays lit which somewhat defeats the purpose. Also 10 hrs is a requirement. Any less and I wake up when it goes off. This is outstanding for assisting in sleep. Thank you for creating it. BTW I'm 63 and grew up in northeast Oklahoma so this is comforting in multiple ways.
