How many was here for the glowing "X" button?๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ
4:50 Did you see the left search?
Where is the disable stick drift setting?
Setting the lights to dim on the controller helps the battery last longer too.
The system doesnt have a performance mode. Thats just a preference for settings in games to either play with performance or graphics as priority. Not a boost to the system itself.
Boy did this whole video while his controller was dying
Great info, I liked how you were straight to the point plus you gave steps with pics to follow alongโฆ
For the first part it allowed me to do 6 instead of 5

The first trick helped a lot because my wifi router sits roght next to my ps5

I think you went a little fast on some of the steps. I wouldn't have minded a longer video with a more thorough narrative of the steps, but I got through it. ๐
Ive been burned by rest mode before. Had it in rest mode while I was at a concert and at some point while I was gone the power had gone off. Screwed something up and I had to system reset and I lost all my save data. 100+ plus hours on some games just gone.
I have a PS5 console for 3 years and I didn't know we could do any of that stuff. Though, it can't hurt to have a few tips on how to improve it.
I was Skeptical until I saw the 1st tip! Mahalo!

Yeah, I've literally done basically every one of these already, but I appreciate the knowledge man even though it's already been done, some people don't know.
Rest mode consumes 40W with all restmode settings off and 65W with all settings on and 0.5W - 2W when powered off . I always use a power brick to charge my ps5 instead of using ps5 to charge my controllers . I only put mine in restmode if Iโm going away for less than 15minutes . And power fluctuations / power outages can corrupt your device if itโs not fully powered off .
