Try my settings (horizontal /Vertical): Around 6-7 (Mid-range) ... Aim Sensitivity (ADS – Aiming Down Sights): 4-5 (Lower range) ... Build & Edit Sensitivity Multiplier: 1.8x - 2.2x. ... Look Dampening Time: 0.10 seconds. ... Aim Assist Strength: Set to 100% this is aimbot with insane mechanics pls try this out

You need a monitor or TV that can support it and I switched to 120 fps mode like 2 months ago and my gameplay have improved a lot

Console players listen to actually get custom crosshair some monitors have options to turn on a custom crossair for any game hope this helps
