Time mgmt + charting tips - OFFICE HALF HOUR - too many open charts, imposter syndrome

Another week, another office half hour. This week, I'm doing a little story telling - specifically, stories related to imposter syndrome and the penalties for being a nurse practitioner with too many open charts. If you can relate, if you have been there or if you are there now, you should check this out. And tell me what you think; is there a better way to handle it? Could we approach this in a constructive way, instead of a punitive way? Is it a red flag when an employer calls nurse practitioners (or other clinicians) out like this?

I'm also talking about a question that I was asked years ago when I was working on my masters in public health: how am I going to change healthcare? Oh, I've got some ideas . . . watch the video and tell me what you think.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
