Where are Mario Kart Wii Courses Located in the Mario World?

The Mushroom Kingdom and larger Mario world consist of an unfathomable large amount of different locales and locations and some of those make up the race tracks, courses and circuits we find ourselves on in Mario Kart Wii. Which ones? Well, that is exactly what I wanted to find out. Fan favorites like Mushroom Gorge, Coconut Mall and Moo Moo Meadows all get their locations revealed as we move through cup after cup!
