Homemade Assassin's Crossbow. Ebony Edition

Hello, friends! Today, I'm excited to present to you my latest project—an Ebonite Assassin Crossbow. This is a unique creation of my own design, combining style, innovation, and high functionality.

The main body of the crossbow is crafted from high-quality ebonite, giving it not only strength but also an elegant, modern appearance. Ebonite ensures durability and stability, allowing the crossbow to withstand significant stress. The handle is made from noble wood, making it comfortable to use while adding aesthetic appeal.

The crossbow's limbs are made from a piece of an old bandsaw blade, just 1mm thick. Using this material helps reduce the weight of the crossbow while maintaining its strength and reliability. I aimed to minimize the number of parts, as fewer parts mean greater reliability and easier maintenance. I believe I’ve achieved this goal.

During the creation process, I extensively used a lathe and milling machine, which allowed for high precision in crafting all the components. The specially designed joints and mechanisms ensure smooth operation, making the crossbow fully functional and powerful despite its compact size.

This Assassin Crossbow is not just an interesting technical project but also a great tool for recreational shooting or collecting. Its unique design and visible mechanisms allow you to observe how all parts work in action, adding charm and attracting attention.
