In this video I demonstrate how to create a flowchart in Microsoft Excel. Although Microsoft Visio provides more advanced flowchart functionality, Microsoft Excel does provide the tools for creating basic flowcharts, including cross functional, swim lane flow charts. You also have the ability to create links to sub-processes on separate worksheets.
