Ancient Vikings in South America: Looking for Runic Inscriptions in Paraguay

In the remote hill country of Paraguay, exists very interesting inscriptions of what many people believe are Viking Runic Petroglyphs.

I traveled to Paraguay to go on an adventure in an attempt to find these. Is this proof of an alternative history? Or is there a more modern explanation for these?
