The SHUTOKO Expressway (C1) is a ring road that circles around Minato, Chiyoda and Chuo wards, the most central area of Tokyo. It connects to the Central Ring Road (C2) outside the ring road, and also interconnects with radial roads such as the Tomei Expressway and the Chuo Expressway. The length of the route is 14.8 km, and the time required is about 15 minutes on weekends and holidays when there is no traffic congestion.
