Synopsis
In a world where everyone has supernatural abilities, rather than engaging in any fierce battles, they simply carry on with their regular daily lives. This is the story of the normal, yet paranormal, daily lives of protagonist Hikaru, whose ability is simply "Lighting Up," and his friend Masa, with the slightly dangerous "Black Hole" ability, as they interact with the strange people of their town.
