I Bought a Pet Giant Fly (yes, really)

I recently came across a huge fly-like insect. It was enormous, with the largest individuals reaching up to 8 centimeters in length. Actually, it's an insect called a robber fly. They are carnivores and highly aggressive.

Believe it or not, I even found someone selling them as pets on a shopping site! I bought one and put together a terrarium for keeping it.
